A $100 processing fee will be applied to all registrations submitted via mail, fax, or email. To avoid this fee, we highly encourage you to register online for a quicker and more convenient experience.

REGISTRATION REGULATIONS

REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION REFUNDS
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to CABE headquarters prior to February 4, 2026. Refunds will be processed and mailed out after the conference. A 20% processing fee will be assessed on all requests. There will be no refunds or exchanges for meal or event tickets. Refund requests postmarked after February 4, 2026 will not be honored.

BADGE INFORMATION

All Badges Will Be Printed On Site
Please bring your confirmation barcode either on paper or on your mobile device. This will allow you to print your badge onsite quickly!

IMPORTANT — PLEASE NOTE
Name badges must be worn for admittance to all conference events, workshops, and exhibit hall. If your badge is lost or forgotten, please note that requests for a replacement during the conference will incur a fee equal to the original registration price. No exceptions will be made to this policy, so please ensure you keep your badge with you at all times. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Name substitutions on registration forms can be made upon receipt of a written request. If a member registration is substituted with a non-member, the difference in the registration fee will be due at the time of the request, payable via revised P.O., check, or credit card. No substitutions will be accepted after February 4, 2026. Please submit your requests early to avoid any issues.

DISTRICT PACKAGES

DISTRICT DISCOUNT PACKAGES

Register your group online using the District Package Link, making sure to list each participant by name and provide a unique email address for each. Please note that this special district package will not be available for onsite registration, and no additional participants can be added after February 17, 2026.

DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR DISTRICT TEAMS

School districts that designate CABE 2026 as a “Staff Development Day(s)” are eligible for a special registration incentive: one free registration (excluding meals and paid events) with every 15 paid registrations submitted. All 15 registrations must be of the same type—either a full four-day pass or a one-day pass—and can be for any category: member, non-member, administrator, teacher, paraeducator, parent, or student. To qualify, all 15 registrations must be submitted together on the same purchase order. The purchase order and checks should list all registrants and clearly indicate the type of registration as “District Team Registration.”
